One of our outstanding clients in Nampa is looking for a Shipper to join their team. Pay Rate: $18.50 Schedule: Monday -Friday 7am-3pm Job Description Hard-working shipping/receiving worker to assist in our shipping process. The shipper’s responsibilities include keeping the shipping area clean, loading trucks in all weather conditions by hand, putting away fresh product accurately and effectively, picking orders accurately and effectively, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. To be successful as a shipper you should be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead consistently throughout your shift. You should be able to work outside in all weather conditions be able to communicate effectively with all members of the shipping crew. An outstanding shipper should be able to maintain shipping standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will possess all or most of these skills: 1 year experience preferred in a shipping/receiving organization Ability to work well with others in a team environment Ability to be to work on time with little to no unplanned absences Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead consistently throughout an 8-hour shift High attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work under time constraints, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Manage inventory through proper rotations, yard storage to maximize efficiency, and minimize scrap Ability to operate a forklift (training provided) Ability to work with little or no supervision Please apply online at www.expresspros.com/caldwellid or call our office at 208.454.1076
