* Childcare mostly to our 3yr old and 9 month old. (We do have 2 older boys 8 yrs and 16yrs but it will be very minimal time with them) * Housekeeping- laundry, dishes, pick up, vacuum, sweep, bathroom, mopping, and any organization. * Cooking- lunch prep, start and or complete dinners. * Aware of baby and toddler milestones and willingness to foster those growth opportunities. * Do crafting activities with kids sometimes. Materials provided. * Qualities we are looking for: • Self-starter * hard-working • Patient • Open-minded • Kind • Reliable • Creative • Fun • Flexible • helpful * Essential to the position: • Communication skills. • Flexibility to kids needs and time. • Willing to help out and be patient with us learning together. * Hours 9am to 3pm- Monday to Thursday. Possible date nights? Other job opportunities with either Company, for more hours, can be discussed. * Be ok with cameras. * Compensation- $14 to $18 starting, with pay increases based on performance. Date nights separate and will discuss. Bonus and yearly vacation pay Some details: We just opened our business out of our home and are growing so fast that we need help keeping our home, home. I work from home so I can nurse my youngest as needed so we will work closely together. Essentially, we need someone who can help us through our "organized chaos." We appreciate someone who can be flexible, have patience with the process, and be willing to be apart of our team, in the way of bringing us peace of mind that our kids and our home are in phenomenal hands.
