FOUND on November 4, 2022 in Richland, WA 99352 near Behind church at the end of the new construction for the micro apmts being built by Carmichael Middle School Description: Looks like a mix of black lab mixed with border collie and German short haired pointer but with pointy ears. Found just after 1230pm 11/4 during the wind storm. Looks like nails have been trimmed recently. Took him to VCA hosp to check for microchip. No microchip or collar. Do you have information?
