$250 pay for 2 hours - Haul my Chair and Rug

I have been paying $138 a month for 13 years for a 6' x 8' storage unit on Ave. K in East Plano - for exactly zero reason. Thus, I will pay you $250 to haul off the contents (1-bedroom-worth of stuff: twin bed frame, 2 small arm chairs, 2 bar stools, 2 lamps, misc). With my help loading, this should only take an hour on site. 1. Would need to be an extra-long pick-up truck bed, or of course a box car or trailer would work; 2. Sell the stuff, keep it, use it, donate it, create an outside bedroom scene for your French Bulldog, light it on fire (legally); it's up to you; 3. As much as I love carrying around cash, Venmo is so much better, if at all possible; 4. I haven't really even opened the storage unit door for twelve years, so I'm not sure what misc. items are in there. However, if there is something in there I need to keep (it wouldn't be furniture or anything of value, but you wouldn't want letters to me from my Grandma), please recognize that I reserve the right to keep said item and lighten your haul load :) Thank you for reading, and I hope to donate to your Christmas fund!
