In search of a temporary apartment while looking for a permanent place, if that makes any sense. I’ve always payed bills on time but haven’t been able to find a place. Willing to pay for 3 months of rent up front, of course we would have to get it notarized so it’s legit, I do have a small service dog that is 8 lbs, he has seizures so it’s really that I’m his service person, he never barks, uses the bathroom outside and stays in my lap most of the day, I’m 36 female and I do not want to share a place with anyone or a room, furnished or unfurnished is fine.
