On-call cleaning technician

This position will be in different locations doing different projects. Some will be vacation rentals, some will be light maintenance and some will be in commercial buildings. There won’t be a set schedule for this position, so it could be days, nights, weekends or short notice. Pay is $100/month guaranteed even if you don’t work at all, $15/hr starting when you do work and travel reimbursement. I plan on moving this employee to part-time ASAP, but the company is still new as of right now, so it will take a bit, thanks!
