CDL CLASS A DRIVER / EQUIPMENT OPERATOR Who we are: H&R Paving and Excavation, Inc Check out our website - www.hr-paving.com Full Job Description: CDL CLASS A Driver Equipment Operator: Preferably that can operate heavy equipment, with experience in the construction industry, transporting heavy equipment, operating dump trucks on and off road, driving equipment and dump trailers, and has a safe and clean record. Qualifications · Driving: 1 year (Preferred) · CDL A (Preferred ) · US work authorization (Required) · Manual transmission: 1 year (Preferred) Education and Experience: Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work. Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions. Possess the required Operator Qualifications necessary to work with and around asphalt and other types of materials. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in asphalt construction work. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
