We are looking for someone who maintains grounds of properties managed by Brothers Property Management (BPM). Looking for someone with: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Two years of previous landscaper/maintenance-related experience. • Experience working in a rental community preferred. • Must hold a valid state of Colorado driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. We offer 9 paid holidays and 1 paid floating holiday; you can accrue up to 10 days of paid vacation annually, accrue up to 48 hours of sick leave per year, and be eligible for up to 5 personal days per year!
