Job description IMMEDIATE HIRE - SUPERSTAR CLEANERS Pay varies on experience. Become part of our "Cleaning Squad"! We are looking for dynamic individuals who take pride in their cleaning work that brings joy to our customers when they come home! Do you take pride in your work? Are you reliable and punctual? Do you have reliable transportation to get to work? Are you a team player? Do you have cleaning experience? Being outgoing and friendly is just as important to us and for our customers as cleaning. We typically start around 7:30 a.m and finish no later than 1:30 but on occasion sometimes you finish earlier or a little later but usually no later than 2:30. You meet at the office and use our company vehicle and drive out as a team. Daily Responsibilities: Motivate and lead your co-workers Professionally clean residential homes using our methods and products Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks. Cleaning all kitchen fixtures and appliances. Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, etc. Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring. Home organization and staging Experience and Requirements: Cleaning experience is desired! But with the right personality we will train you! Excellent customer service skills. Punctual and reliable with strong time management. Dress Professional in our company uniform Detail-oriented and love to make things look good and shine. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Willing to work in homes that have pets.
