**Please include phone # in your reply** We are a loss mitigation company looking to hire someone to meet appraisers and BPO agents at various properties throughout the Chicagoland area. Prior real estate experience is a must. Must be able to look at the contractor quote we provide you and walk through the property with the appraiser to point out what damages are present. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to go throughout Illinois (mostly Chicagoland and north + south suburbs), even in areas such as Englewood and Lawndale. We can pay you $50/property. No gas reimbursement. Must be presentable and professional. *MUST have access to a printer to print the docs that we send you via email* Payment via Zelle. Your job will be to meet with the appraisers and BPO agents and hand them documentation about each property. Each job will take about 15-45 min.
