We had to surrender our cur/pit mix to KC Pet Project due to him not getting along with our older alpha dog and being too interested in our ducks. We adopted him from KC Pet Project at the beginning of this year and tried to make it work as long as we could. I wanted to post this on Craigslist to give him a better chance of being adopted. We have already paid his adoption fee so he will be free to you! He is also really good at zoomies and will dazzle you with his agility. But don’t let all this talk of energy fool you, he is also quite the couch potato. He even loves to snuggle in your lap or right beside you. Bonus if you have a recliner so he can perch right to the side of you on the arm rest! He’ll also help you with your phone addiction by giving you a paw and staring straight into your soul to remind you that the only important thing is right in front of you! He is a good watchdog but is very friendly when around people and dogs. He loves the dog park. He loves being the alpha dog in the house so will do best in his new home being the only dog or with dogs that are ok with being bossed around. His prey drive is medium to high. Squirrels, ducks, and chickens seem to be targets. Probably won’t do well with cats. He is a quick learner and stays focused during training sessions. He is crate trained and doesn’t have separation issues.
