What total out of touch so called smart guy at spokane traffic has no idea what the change in seasons bring. How come they decided to dig up streets at the middle or end of October? They stood around all summer not doing a thing. Now it's starting to snow starting to freeze and we have giant holes on every north south street. This was done just to make things painful on drivers. Who ever this person is then ship him back to Portland or Seattle.
