Espresso Machine Repair - Dual fuel

I currently have a 2013 Fracino espresso machine. This is a dual-fuel machine that uses gas and electricity to heat the broiler inside. Currently, I have a pressure issue with the steam wand and need someone to come to take a look. I have a flame, and the broiler heats up, yet no pressure on the wand side. I get pressure and heat when I pull my shots. I have the manuals (physical and digital) for this machine.
