group for Black families and nannies

Trying to gather Black moms (and dads) and black nannies, tutors, doulas, NCS, house managers, cleaners, etc so that we are able to find one another. It can be nice to feel like you have something in common culturally with someone you hire to care for and teach your children, care for your home, etc. And it's nice to feel the same way about the people you work for. Also tentatively open to considering non black families who have adopted a Black child and who may be struggling with hair/skin care, or would simply like to make sure their child has someone to identify with.
