Rescued dog on the loose with improper supervision from the recent owner. We ( original owners) are now taking initiative and immediate actions to find him through NE area. Flyers and Posters are posted throughout the area. Possible last sighting informed by people on the streets were "by 122nd & burnside". More posts are made aware to the community on FB, next door, ring app. Currently getting helped from a non-profit organization in lost and found dogs. Tobi's description: brown and white ish tan color, 12lbs, 3 years old, unaltered, and his most likely running or hiding from the bad weather. We need your help.
