need help cleaning out a depression room

I just got out of a 3 month depression funk and my room and bathroom are really messy and i really need help cleaning it out :/ theres a lot of trash to pick up i can provide payment if needed but i cant pay more than like 50 dollars unfortunately. the cleaning shouldnt take longer than 2 hours if even that long. would need to be done on this coming monday. women preferred to help since occupant is also a woman
