Is there anyone who has some commercial space or garage for rent that doesn't have any noise ordinance that I can work on some projects with and maybe play a little music or something? I'm an older gentleman who's retired and just looking for some space to create. Must have electricity as I play an electric guitar so something that I could crank up a bit. Full access would be nice and something I could store a few things in if at all possible. Willing to pay a small amount of rent. I can be contacted here as I recently moved back from AR.
