This is my handsome guy Diablo🌶 He’s a 5 year old neutered siamese, and a big boy weighing about 17 pounds. I adopted him about a year and a half ago from the matsu animal shelter. They informed me he was on the list to be euthanized due to him being aggressive. He has come *leaps and bounds* from where he used to be. He is such a sweet and confident boy. He’s truly an old man at heart. He doesn’t like change, wants love only when he asks for it, has a favorite chair and is constantly napping. He loves my other cat, I constantly find them playing together and snuggling. He is a very assertive little man and will let you know when he’s done being pet and when he’s done playing with other cats. HE DOES NOT DO WELL WITH DOGS. He needs consistency and a lot of one-on-one attention. He is a lover and wants to be around you 24/7. He even sleeps in bed with me. He is a true siamese and talks like one, and is very cross eyed. He thinks the world is ending when his food bowl is empty and will tell you all about it. I recently moved and started a new job that has me working longer hours and I feel he has been showing more aggression due to the constant changes within the house. We’ve moved quite a few times in the last year and I’ve seen how much it stresses him out. I’m moving out of state next year and wanted to bring him with me, but I don’t think I’m the right fit for him. I am not a consistent person whatsoever and I have been noticing how it’s affecting him every time something changes within the house. He’s improved so much since I adopted him and started working with him, but with the constant changes within my life I’ve seen him regress and I fear that it will continue to get worse the longer he stays with me. He can show aggression when he is scared and uncomfortable. Which I feel is understandable. Otherwise, his sassiness is VERY manageable. I don’t want him to go back to the shelter because I feel he would regress drastically and be euthanized. I’ve called around to rescues and it appears that they are all full so I’m reaching out on here in hopes someone can help me find him a home😢 He’s a really great cat and a sweet companion. He’s just a cranky little man who wants to be lazy all day everyday and have a consistent happy life. !!He needs to go to a home without dogs or kids!!
