"Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Community" is seeking a full-time off-site Maintenance/General Laborer to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The daily operations needed to maintain the parks cleanliness and general upkeep are as follows: : Weekly landscaping : Daily grounds cleanup such as trash, weeds & debris : Occasional Property maintenance repairs may involve sewer repairs, water meter installation, minor plumbing repairs & Basic woodcutting skills. This job position will occasionally require you to drive off site & purchase materials needed to complete necessary repairs or to pick up items most generally at our local hardware stores, Lowes so you must have a current valid driver's license NO EXCEPTIONS!
