possible left arm amputation

I have never ever done anything like this so here goes. My finance and i are currently paying 1200 a month in rent. I know your rent can be higher. Trying to get this out but very nervous. I had a previous injury to left arm falling 29 feet face first. Messed up bad. Steel in my left arm from mid bicep to wrist. That was 5 years ago. I have infection in my arm now because of it. Screws rubbing on bone hurts very very bad. I can fix with surgery. Fiance been busting ass doing everything she can to keep us above water but we are now somewhat drowning.i am asking for 1 dollar per persowho read this so i can get surgery in time to keep my arm. If you think this is bullshit i have paperwork to prove it. I need a total of 402.77. wifey and are barely making rent. And wifey doesn't know I'm doing this cause we never had to ask for help we would always figure it out but but can't get back above water.
