ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE ROLE We are a start-up cannabis company and we need some general help. We have been growing EXTREMELY rapidly and expect our needs for help will grow at a similar rate. For the next 2-4 weeks I’m looking for some help distributing fliers. Following that, I will need more help on order packaging and fulfillment as well as on delivery driving. Eventually, I’ll be needing help with marketing and operations, as well as some help managing technology deployments. These “eventuallys” aren’t directly related to handing out fliers, but I prefer to not hire and fire people as this company grows. Rather, I’d prefer to bring people on and keep them on. Help them grow their careers and their earnings and treat them well so they stick around for maybe an entire career. If you’re an enterprising individual who currently has a flexible schedule, this could be an amazing opportunity to help build a business from the ground up, and to see your career blossom as a result. We’re on track for impossibly large growth this year and would like to be operating nationwide by the end of 2024. For the right college student or recent graduate(s), this could be the opportunity of a lifetime. I can pay $15 / hour or $25 / hour in in-store credit.
