looking for a kickass drummer

I’ve been trying to start a band, it’s just me and a bass player right now. I play guitar and do vocals. We got a space and a good set up to practice, although the drum set is a beginner’s I will admit. I’m looking for a drummer that has the energy of Dave Grohl and the finesse of Neil Peart. We’re both sober and don’t use drugs, no egos either. The music we want to go for is something with a lot of energy, heavy but with some raw power. We have some pretty songs too. We’re definitely looking for an open minded talented drummer that would be willing to practice each weekend and build up to playing shows.
