large box of frozen chicken leg quarters-free

I was given around 40 lbs. of Halal chicken leg quarters- they came from the shop I usually get scraps from for my dogs' home-cooked meals. Unfortunately they are allergic to poultry (usually it's lamb/ goat meat) so I can't use this, and trying to keep it out of the garbage. Can you use this meat all at once? It's frozen together, but will be gradually thawing in my fridge. Best to boil it for stew. Call me (land-line, no texts) or email back Angie
