Three kittens plus mom if you can catch her

We already have so many cats. Then this cat moves into the front porch and has kittens. Now we have 12 cats to feed and care for. Its not fair. =[ I really really need some help with this. All three of the kittens have to go im sorry to say. We simply cant afford to take care of all of them. Its also not fair to all the cats we already have to split the already limited care and attention all of them require with these new cats. It really pains me to do this. I would take all the cats if I had the money but I can barely afford to feed and take them to the vet at times. The mother is basically unapproachable. She wont run but she wont take a step or look away always ready to retreat or nearly feral. I dont know what to do about that. One is a little chub the other two are like normal kittens. We really need some help with this.  They have been handled plenty the kittens look to humans as companions and even try to go into the house with us when we go back inside. They trust humans and are pretty unafraid when being approached. They have no had any vaccinations or shots. They are approx 3-4 weeks old.
