Description

"From Jan 2003 to Sep 2022, Ruppersberger missed 508 of 13,174 roll call votes, which is 3.9%. This is worse than the median of 2.0% among the lifetime records of representatives currently serving." .....................................I'm not sure what we're supposed to take away from this comment. Are you pointing out that he's been reelected so many times he has almost 20 years of service? Could be that he's very effective. Or perhaps you're trying to say that his voting statistic is different than most others. Could be he's a cut above and picks his fights with greater efficiency. Who knows? How do lifetime statistics play into the mix when the average representative has much less time in office? I'm guessing you need to do the homework for us since it's unclear what you're trying to say. Are you happy or upset with his performance....I can't tell.
