Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Wages: 22$ hourly base rate with occasional Prevailing Wage pay for some projects. Negotiable. Summary: Install product on location properly and safely using shop drawings and following the scope of work and customer needs. Complete work for both standard commercial sector buildings and publicly funded works (PW). Tasks / Duties: ▪ Install all Mill Tech products ▪ Cabinets, countertops, casework supports, wall paneling, hardware, etc. ▪ Communicate with customers as needed in a professional manner ▪ Analyze the job site to ensure the safety of personnel and product ▪ Complete time and material tickets when needed ▪ Ensure quality installation and no damage to product ▪ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Responsibilities: ▪ Ensure quality and accuracy ▪ Communicate when the quality of components and safety are compromised ▪ Cooperate with coworkers and assist as needed ▪ Commit to zero defects and damage ▪ Always wear required PPE and keep proper tools and materials stocked ▪ Represent Mill Tech in an ethical and professional light ▪ Follow all AWI standards and do not install if they are compromised ▪ Have drill, sander, laser level, hand tools, tape, hammer drill, and routers on hand ▪ Adhere to all policies and procedures ▪ Adhere to all safety policies and practices Requirements: ▪ Ability to pay attention to detail ▪ Possession and knowledge of needed tools ▪ Possession of planning and problem-solving strategies and knowledge ▪ Ability to read shop drawings ▪ Working knowledge in cabinetry making ▪ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly ▪ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs periodically Equipment Knowledge: ▪ Small power tools ▪ Laser Level ▪ Tape measure ▪ Various tools for installation Mill Tech, LLC is a leading Architectural Woodworking manufacturer located in Canal Winchester, Ohio.
