Wanted: Skilled Painter (or crew) with experience painting vacant rental homes. I am not looking for a handyman. I have full time handyman. I am looking for a skilled and experienced painter (or crew) who can come in and paint an entire rental home in one day and night. or two at most including ceilings walls doors trims etc. You need to be skilled in drywall repair and texturing too. All the homes will be vacant. You can work straight through the night if it works for your schedule. I am not looking for a handyman. I am looking for an experienced painter (or crew) that paints everyday for a living wants some side money. Someone who has all the proper tools, rollers (No spray), etc. We are looking for Speed. I get about 5 houses a month. You can paint 1 or more. I need the homes 100% completely painted within 48 hours of you accepting job. I will have a house next week to paint, which is why I’m posting this now.
