3-4 week old kitten HELP!

A friend of my daughter gave us a small bby kitten 🐾🐈, we have no idea on how to care for the kitten and has diarrhea, he is eating very well and plays but he also got a rash due to the diarrhea, I have bathe him and put some diaper ointment and it's looking way better but he still has the diarrhea, if someone wants him please let me know I don't have money to take him to a vet and it worries me because I want him to have a good long life. Please help!
