Windward Window Cleaners specializes in commercial and residential window cleaning and pressure washing. We work island wide with owners, property managers, and realtors on Oahu. We pledge to provide top of the market products and superior service. We cannot emphasize enough how much importance we place on the customer experience We currently have 1 or 2 positions open for part or full time technicians. We clean and sweep roofs, wash windows, pressure wash and soft wash homes, decks, patios, driveways, clear and repair gutters, and more! The work is labor intensive. It will require: - moving and climbing on ladders - being on roofs to clean debris from gutters - the use of power tools such as pressure washers - an understanding of cleanliness and the ability to clean up a job site - consistency and showing up every day on time - friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with clients - having a valid drivers license - communicating with customers directly This is an entry level position with plenty room to grow! We work with clients all over Oahu including: Honolulu, Kailua, Kapolei, Kaneohe, Haleiwa, Wahiawa, Waimanalo Beach and everything in between! We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working technicians; someone who appreciates details and gets the job done right. Also someone who is organized and treats their team members, customers, and equipment with the utmost respect. You must be comfortable with heights and comfortable on ladders. New technicians are welcome and will start between $17-20/hr. Experience lead technicians that can demonstrate their skill will start at $30/hr + bonuses and commissions.
