He is responsible for Guild’s credit policy, shipping, product development functions, and manages investor relationships. In his 30+ year career, David has served as chief product strategist for Penny Mac, managing the product development group and its relationships with GSEs, government agencies and mortgage insurance companies. He also served as the director of single-family business for Fannie Mae. David belongs to the Mortgage Bankers Association, co-chairing the Affordable Homeownership Advisory Council, the Residential Board of Governors, and the National Housing Conference Black Homeownership Collaborative.
