Join us over at Cheese Louise as we pair up with Maine Craft Distilling for a fun night of incredible drinks and a variety of dishes from Chef Maria Induisi-Richardson that will keep you wanting more. Doors open to ticket holders at 6pm. We will have a welcome mix and mingle session for the first ~half hour or so to allow for everyone to arrive, get their welcome drink, and find their seats. There will be food to nosh on during this time, and the event will officially start at 6:30pm. Please arrive by 6pm so you don't miss out on the welcome goodies! Course 1: Charcuterie Board during welcome session, gf - paired with MCD's Cranberry Island Cocktail Course 2: Roasted Butternut Squash bisque, gf - paired with boozy apple cider using MCD's Queequeg Rum Course 3: Your Choice of: - Herb Encrusted Pork Loin with House Made Apple Sauce, gf Or - Chicken Marbella Roasted chicken marinated in a mix of capers, olive oil, garlic and a host of herbs, gf both served with our famous Mac and Cheese and Roasted Fall Vegetables - paired with MCD's Maine Mule Cocktail Course 4: Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie finished with a coconut whipped cream - paired with warm eggnog featuring MCD's 50 Stone Whiskey *gluten-free option available upon request* If you or anyone in your party has any dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, etc.) please let us know in your ticket notes.
