Cat needing a new home

Description

This is Sylar. He is a great cat, but he needs a new home, preferably without other animals. He is very loyal, to the point of territorial, but it's because he'll be just that dedicated to his human. Sylar is almost 14 but healthy. He has been an indoor cat his whole life but can venture out on your deck or small fenced in yard (only). Sylar eats dry food, likes quiet spaces, comfy couches and soft petting.
