We will be holding the innaugural Wolf Pack Fire Fest BBQ Throwdown on 11/26/22 at the Windover Farms Communbity Pavillion. $10 gains you entry into the contest as either a spectator or a participant! We will be awarding winners in 3 seperate catefgories Pork - Whole shoulder, Boston butt or Picnic only. No ribs or sausage. Mimimum wieght is 5lbs Brisket - Packer trimmed, flats or points. No Corned Beef or Pastarmi Sides - Side items consisting of BBQ type dies. Items to consider: baked beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, cornbread etc. Judging will be done by all participants using a ticket system. Winners will be crowned in each of the 3 categories, with a runner up.
