Join us for the last of this semester's series on cooking and community! In this session, Chef Fred Cremo (a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America , among his many adventures!), will wander the farm fields with us, nibbling and sharing tasting notes of the produce, and harvesting what seems most delicious. He'll be using a variety of seasonal vegetables, fresh from the Field & Fork Farm and Gardens, to whip up some holiday flavors that you can recreate at home! We'll also be sharing some free seedlings to take home and grow yourselves! Note: Parking is free at 1062 Museum Road (https://goo.gl/maps/msGmB15n2XsXvZqS6)! Then walk towards the bat houses and up the sidewalk at teh bat house info kiosk, and follow the sidewalk onto the farm. We'll meet you at the screened shed behind the bat houses! Museum road is closed for construction, so enter from the north (along Village Road) or west (from 34th to Radio Road)!
