Re-interpreting my daughter's "look of disgust" into her "fear-face" was a game changer for me when I learned NVC. The gratitude I have for this awareness and how it has transformed our relationship continues to light me up. In this very basic workshop, we will identify the perceptions we have that block us from the feeling of gratitude and craft alternative stories based on needs.
