We are gathering to celebrate ACT Lawrence's 26 years of good services and programs focused on the community development of the City of Lawrence. We are also celebrating ACT's founder and Executive Director, Ana Luna. Ana has devoted herself to the mission and vision of the organization for the last 26 years. She has worked to achieve social and economic justice by empowering low to moderate-income populations in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Ana has accomplished this through shared values of inclusiveness and collaboration. She has fought tirelessly to reclaim a voice for Lawrence and advocate self-determination for its residents through community development initiatives such as affordable housing, financial coaching, and youth leadership programs. We are also celebrating ACT Lawrence's growth, expansion, and new leadership. Erika Hernandez, current Deputy Director and Housing Justice Advocate, January 1, 2023, will be ACT Lawrence's new Executive Director.
