Description

Earth is our home. If we all work together, we can take care of our planet! Earth only has limited natural resources, like trees and water, so it's important not to use too much and to take care of what we have. At the event, we will plant some seeds and learn how to take care of plants using environmentally friendly products. This event is for Bedford and Hanscom families with future or former Girl Scouts in kindergarten and 1st grade. Unable to attend but would like additional information? Please complete the brief form at gsema.org/moreinfo, and we will be in touch.Ready to start your family's Girl Scout adventure today? Made possible by the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, the Girl Scout Climate Challenge invites both Girl Scouts and non-Girl Scouts to learn about climate science, connect with their communities, and share hope to create change. The Girl Scout Climate Challenge runs now through November 30, 2022. Learn more. Girl Scouts in kindergarten through 12th grade are making friends, going on adventures, and celebrating their unique strengths—from building strong relationships and developing their sense of self, to growing their confidence and leadership skills. Adults can be Girl Scouts, too! You don’t even need to have a kid of your own to get involved; you simply have to care. Plus, when you volunteer with Girl Scouts, you’ll be creating a community where being your unfiltered, goofiest, most authentic self is the absolute best thing you can be. When we're having fun, there’s no limit to what Girl Scouts can do.
