Subcontractor Millwork/Carpentry Commercial

Need hire a crew to do commercial millwork/fixture install. Will need to be insured GL and Comp with ability to add additional insured. This project start 11-7-22 at 5am. Project will last as long as it takes your crew to complete. Payment terms Net 30 upon punchlist completion. Again 1099 subcontract with required W9, must have carpentry experience and commercial interior experience. Will provide plans and scope of work upon request, you will only install owner supplied items, we will purchase any material needed, screws, anchors etc. Change orders must be approved prior to any additional work beyond scope.
