Fast Property Management Maintenance Position We are seeking someone to join our small, local property management company to do general property maintenance. In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs and unit turnovers. Our ideal candidate has experience in general labor & maintenance or similar, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. Hours will vary depending on fluctuations in tenant move outs. Approximately 15-30 hours per week in the winter, with the possibility of up to 40 hours per week in the summer. Duties and Responsibilities • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties • Perform repairs and installations of fixtures and appliances • Be able to perform a variety of duties efficiently and to standard including (but not limited to): painting walls/ceilings, carpet repair, cleaning, pressure washing, picking up garbage, minor landscaping, etc. • Diagnose and repair problems with heat, electricity, and plumbing • Be willing and available to respond to emergency issues Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or GED certificate • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, labor, etc. preferred • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects and large appliances (for example: bringing a refrigerator up a set of stairs on a dolly) We are willing to hire as an employee or as an independent contractor (if you already have your own business).
