Join us for a Workshop For Empaths Followed by Reiki and Sound Bath Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 6:30-8:30PM PST Have you ever noticed when you are around certain people or places you start to feel amazing and radiant? While there are others that may leave you feeling drained, low vibrational, moody, and energetically unlike you? There are a variety of ways to protect your energy! They’re tools such as smudging, crystal protection, aura combing, prayers, affirmations and reiki which are some of my top personal favorites, I invite you to join this workshop to try a few tools and see what combinations work best for you? After all, protecting your energy is a personal practice, so I encourage you to follow your intuition. This is your sign to be present & focus on yourself. Surround yourself with a like minded & supportive community, receive knowledge and tools to continue your own practice, a guided meditation experience, mini-reiki and crystal sound bath session, and group discussion.
