Stepped out of a business establishment on 126th and Division to have my purse grabbed and torn off of my shoulder. The man came out of nowhere grabbed and kept running. Happened so fast.. Purse had cash black small wallet, all id and credit cards, keys and iphone 11 in a kate spade phone cover.
