North Carolina Second Chance is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive serving 50 families in Harnett County. We will have boxes filled with items for a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Please register early to receive your Thanksgiving dinner box before spots become unavailable. The pick-up location is held at the Hood Memorial Christian Church on 300 E. Cumberland St. in Dunn, N.C. Pick-up hours are between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please arrive between those hours to receive your dinner box for all those who have registered and received an email of confirmation from NC Second Chance CDC. We look forward to meeting every family! We are also accepting donations of food items, you may email us at [email protected] for drop-off locations of donations. Monetary donations are accepted and will be used towards helping serve families in Harnett County for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
