Overview: Love Sanctuary Community Church is hosting our Annual Thanksgiving Food Basket giveaway for families in need. We love serving our community and we know that everyone deserves to enjoy a thanksgiving dinner during the holiday season. Registration & Email Confirmation: If you would like to receive a basket, please complete all information required on this form. You will be required to show your confirmation email on the day of pick up. Registration Guidelines: 1 registration/submission per household Each household will need to register for themselves. Registration on behalf of another household is not permitted. Registration Deadline: 11/16/22 @10:00 P.M. Pick Up Location & Information: Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation with additional details on the date, time of pickup, and additional information regarding this event.
