Your Bakersfield Police Department will be partnering with Pep Boys to etch unique numbers on catalytic converters to help deter them from being stolen. This event is free of charge to our community. To participate, YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT prior to event. The registered owner must be present with a valid driver's license and current registration showing Bakersfield residency.
