It’s no question the past few years have brought incredible challenges to small businesses and entrepreneurs. On December 6, for entrepreneurs in the food industry, we are super excited to host Toni Calderone, President & CEO of O.N.E. Hospitality Group, new owners of the Pressroom here in Lancaster. Toni will join us to share her story, the ups and downs of her career as an entrepreneur in the food industry and her insights on how the industry is evolving today. We’ll also make plenty of time for Q&A and networking. Through her humble beginnings at McDonald's while growing up in Florida, Toni has always found a home in the hospitality industry. It's in her blood too- her grandfather is responsible for bringing the first pizza shop to York, PA. She has worked at several well known restaurants, including Darden’s Seasons 52. In the late 2000s, she moved back up to York to her family’s roots. Toni solidified her place in the industry when she opened Tutoni's Restaurant in York, PA with her partner Tony. Since then, she has created O.N.E. Hospitality Group, which includes 11 food and beverage brands across York and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania. This event is most relevant for entrepreneurs already in business in the food industry or considering the food industry. The event will be hosted by ASSETS at the Southern Market building at 100 S.
