JOB DEFINITION:
The Office Coordinator performs a wide variety of tasks contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the nutrition services department Areas of responsibility include: office organization, timekeeping and payroll operations and submission; organization, compilation and submission of department and site supply and food orders. Nutrition Service Warehouse inventory management; customer service and interaction with multiple outside vendors; department meetings organization; intersession and summer school feedings organization; direct assistance to the department Director; and general support to sites Cafes. This position requires that one be an independent starter,, be able to multi-task, use critical thinking skills and be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
Successful applicants must obtain and/or provide the following before beginning employment:
Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI
Proof of Tuberculosis clearance
Social Security Card for payroll purposes
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
