Our fingerprints are all over Northern Colorado and extend into the broader region.We have an opening for a Commercial Day Porter for routine maintenance & cleaning for commercial properties in Fort Collins & Loveland.  The majority of the work will be outside, and the tasks can vary by season. The person we hire will:Keep common areas & parking lots in a clean/sanitary and well taken care of conditionKeep high-traffic areas free of safety hazardsSweep up debrisEmpty and wipe down trash cans/ash traysPressure washPull weedsRemove snow andPaint.Requirements include:At least a year of grounds and/or janitorial experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to routinely lift and carry 50 poundsAbility to work on ladders at various heightsA valid Driver’s License and a record our insurer will love.This will not be the right opportunity for those who:Need someone watching over their shoulderDon’t enjoy hard work to make things betterWant to work inside rather than outdoors where Colorado weather can be unpredictable and extremeLack the initiative needed not only to notice where improvements can be made, but also to take appropriate actionWant to be isolated to the point where they avoid meetings and accountability with management.Work vehicle, work shirts/jacket and tools are provided.
