We are seeking five-star full-time employees to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Summary: We are seeking self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working team players. Our construction apprentices learn on the job and grow their careers with us. The employees we work with stay busy and we value their focus on customer service and willingness to learn new things. Ideal candidates are looking for a full-time commitment! A strong applicant must be dependable and able to communicate effectively with our team about the job status and expected completion dates, as well as with the customer on-site as needed. We are looking for full-time individuals with an interest in learning the following areas: - Flooring - General handyman skills - Carpentry skills - Interior trim work - Painting and drywall repair - Light demolition - Porch and deck additions Applicants should be able to lift up to 80 pounds. Pay is negotiable, based on experience, and there's a lot of room to grow to more projects and hours for a high performer. It's helpful to have basic hand tools available, and Redbird will provide any additional or specialized tools for our projects.
