INC. is looking for a cleaning supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will coordinate, lead and supervise a team of staff with other duties such as overseeing the snow removal team and maintain an industrial building. This is PM Position. Monday to Friday 1pm to 930pm. No Holidays. The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working individually and leading a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.   Responsibilities:  Clean –  Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.  Clean and disinfect bathrooms, Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes. Remove trash and recycle.   Stock – Wash and stock all towels, toilet paper, soap, other supplies in bathrooms. Other – Pick up and empty trash containers. If applicable, notify maintenance if something is not working correctly. Oversee the snow removal team during snow events. Document snow removal and equipment on site. Requirements:  Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Must be Covid Vaccinated or have valid exemption Must have a Clean Background High school diploma or GED preferred Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional Ability to read, write and speak English Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull INC is a janitorial organization dedicated to employee and client satisfaction.
