Driver/Foreman Key Responsibilities: Drive and lead the moving crew to successfully service 1-2 jobs per day. Move, pack, pad, wrap, disassemble, reassemble, load and offload customer's items from and onto a truck using ramp, dock or liftgate. Maintain a high level of safety, a strong quality of work and excellent customer experience in each job. Ensure efficient communication with the customer, crew members and dispatch office. Report on duty daily (no-shows will not last). No experience? No Problem. We are happy to train hardworking individuals who are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional customer services and a smooth moving experience. We provide both off-the-job and on-the-job training. Job requirements: Be at least 21 years old Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Have experience driving box trucks (up to 26ft trucks) professionally (highly preferred) Have a clean driving record Have a clean and professional appearance Have a great positive attitude Have great work ethics Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Have excellent follow-through and attention to details abilities Can read and interpret documents such as procedures and work/job instructions Be able to lift, push or pull heavy items and perform physical work for extended periods of time Be customer service oriented Be willing to learn Be dependable Available to work on weekends and holidays according to need Driver/Foreman pay range: $18-$20 plus $450-$550 weekly tips YOU TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS.
